Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder Office Intern located in Lucknow. The intern will assist in day-to-day operations, manage communications, coordinate meetings, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, managing projects, and liaising with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves providing administrative support to the founder and contributing to the development of new business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
