Executive Assistant – Founder's Office in Greater Noida

We're looking for a high-energy, sales-savvy, and tech-curious Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This isn't your typical EA role – it's a fast-paced opportunity to act as a growth partner and mini–Chief of Staff, working across strategy, operations, sales, and marketing.
You'll be at the center of decision-making, helping scale initiatives in AI, automation, next-gen products, global marketing, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to drive business growth and expansion.
- Support AI, ML, and next-gen product initiatives.
- Coordinate global marketing & demand generation activities.
- Manage client relations, partnerships, and sales opportunities.
- Assist in operations, processes, and scaling key business functions.
- Take ownership of special projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution.
- Sit in on key meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Research, prioritize, and ship high-impact workstreams.
