The Incumbant must have atlast 8 years of experience as security officer and MUT be a Diploma Holder in Industrial Safety.

Roles & Responsibility:

Patrolling and Monitoring:Conduct regular patrols of the manufacturing Plant to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to detect and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activities.

Access Control: Control access to the manufacturing facility by verifying the identity and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors. Enforce access policies and procedures to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry into restricted areas.

Asset Protection: Protect valuable assets, equipment, and inventory from theft, damage, or sabotage. Implement security measures such as locking systems, security seals, and inventory tracking to safeguard assets throughout the manufacturing process.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, evacuate personnel if necessary, and coordinate with emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace. Conduct safety inspections, identify potential safety risks, and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for employees.

Incident Reporting: Document and report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken for documentation and analysis purposes.

Security Training and Awareness: Provide security training and awareness programs to guards & security Inspectors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.91 per month
