Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – International Sales (Study Abroad) located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving international sales, with a focus on generating new leads, developing relationships with prospective students, and closing sales. The role involves collaborating with universities, organizing events, conducting presentations, and providing exceptional support throughout the application and admission processes. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company's study abroad programs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and international sales skills, with experience in generating leads and closing sales
  • Experience in the education sector, particularly in study abroad programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in student counseling or educational consulting is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
