Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager Civil & Interiors (C&I) with 8–10 years of experience in executing high-end interior and civil works. The candidate must have hands-on experience in hotel projects, fine-dine restaurants, and cloud kitchens. Strong expertise in finishing works and ability to read and execute from drawings is essential. This role requires working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site execution during night shifts with focus on quality and timelines.
  • Manage interior finishes – flooring, walls, ceilings, etc.
  • Read and implement architectural and MEP drawings on-site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to design.
  • Prepare daily reports and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of execution experience in hotel and F&B projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finishes and construction detailing.
  • Excellent drawing interpretation skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
