Job Title and grade of supervisor: Deputy Vice President. L7

Purpose of the job:-

To provide support to Business Users for Automation and Enhancement of IT systems, prepare Business Requirement Document BRD, ensuring proper system development by IT and conducting User Acceptance Testing UAT.

Responsibilities of the job holder;

  1. To be responsible for understanding from Business users the new requirements from IT systems and explore the possibilities for Automation of processes.

  2. To be responsible for preparation of Business Requirement Document and Test Cases

  3. To be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders and come up with best solutions.

  4. To be responsible for coordinating with IT and vendors for project deliveries.

  5. To be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing UAT and tracking the resolution of bugs encountered in course of UAT.

  6. To be responsible for monitoring and reviewing Project timelines.

  7. Would have done or assisted in any systems implementation in the past.

  8. Should Show convincing skills across all the users for a logical conclusion

Working relationships

  1. Should coordinate internally with IT Project Managers and Business users from various dept.

  2. Should coordinate with external vendor during project discussion, development, UAT and production deployment.

Education:- MCA, B.E IT, M.Sc. - IT or Computer Science

Experience:- 5-6 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably Life Insurance or experience in IT services company providing service to Life Insurance Industry.
