We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end interior projects across retail, corporate, and manufacturing sectors. The role involves complete ownership of project planning, costing, vendor management, execution, and on-time delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial tracking.
  • Identify, source, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
  • Ensure quality control, compliance, and adherence to company and client standards.
  • Prepare status reports, documentation, and project closure reports.
  • Maintain and expand a strong network of local vendors and contractors.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4-10 years in interior project management (retail, corporate, or industrial spaces).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Interior fit-out execution and project coordination

  • Costing, budgeting, and procurement
  • Vendor sourcing, negotiation & management

  • Site supervision and quality compliance

  • Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to travel across Mumbai and Pan-India as required
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
