  5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  6. Finding and developing new markets and improving client base.
  7. Attending conferences, meetings, industry events & exhibitions.
  8. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  9. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  10. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  11. Building strategies
  12. Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field with minimum of 8+ Yrs experience.
  13. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  14. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  15. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  16. Excellent organizational skills.
  17. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  18. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.Role & responsibilities
