• Recruit qualified agents

  • Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review

performance, disseminate Company information , addresscommon problems and concerns and rally the team toachieve goals

  • Set weekly production target for team of agents
  • Identify agents development needs and work with

Training Department to schedule appropriate technical ,product and skills training

  • Accompany agents on customer visits to support and

improve sales skill

  • Develop agents in line with career development / training

requirements of the Company

  • Responsible for the activisation of the agents
  • Motivate by providing support , recognizing good

performers and arranging appropriate team-buildingactivities

  • Review agent performance against target and identify

training needs

  • Ensure agents work in accordance with Company

standards, the regulation and ethics and maintainlicensed status

  • Make necessary decisions based on agent performance
  • Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Host events for customers to develop new and long-term

relationship

LAs, Branch Sales Manager, Training Manager, ChannelOps

Preferred candidate profile : Reporting Manager Branch Sales ManagerQualification At least Graduation (MBA is preferred)Experience
• 2+ years

• At least 1 years of experience in Sales.
• Experience in Life Insurance would be an addedadvantage.
• People with entrepreneur (own small business orbusiness background) mindset and strong localnetwork will be preferred
