About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic talent to join our Sales and Customer Engagement team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with customers, understand market dynamics, and support business growth initiatives. Youll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Support onboarding and post-sales engagement to enhance the customer experience.
- Help maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to resolve customer queries.
- Track and report customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.
- Participate in campaign planning and execution for customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research as needed.
- Contribute to sales outreach activities, including lead generation and cold calling.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer interaction and relationship-building.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
