Business Development Manager

Job Description The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities - The Business Development Manager will drive agency growth by converting marketing leads into clients, building partnerships, and ensuring a smooth sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. - Handle inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website enquiries - Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and objectives - Create and present proposals and pitch decks with support from the creative team - Manage follow-ups, CRM updates, and track revenue pipeline - Collaborate with the founder for strategy, pricing, and deal closures - Identify and build outbound opportunities via LinkedIn and cold email - Coordinate with delivery teams for client onboarding and smooth hand-offs - Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets Required Skills - Excellent English communication (spoken and written) - Understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Websites, SEO) - Strong client relationship and negotiation skills - Proficient in Google Sheets, Notion CRM, WhatsApp Business, Gmail - Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Perks - Incentives on every client closure - Training on advanced agency sales and client pitching - Growth path to Sales Head or Client Success Lead
