Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dera Bassi for a Plant Human Resources Manager. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance appraisals, and developing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. Additionally, the HR Manager will coordinate with various departments to support the overall operational goals of the plant.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in training and development programs
  • Skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
