Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trainee - Human Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.


Upon successful completion of the traineeship and based on performance, the individual will be confirmed as a full-time employee.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding processes
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Help maintain the HR database and documentation



Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
