About the Role:

Indo Wings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled
IT Executive
to manage the company's IT infrastructure and ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system maintenance, network support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
  • Perform regular system backups and data security checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system/network failures in a timely manner.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, AMC renewals, and repairs.
  • Support in implementing new technologies and software tools.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, and hardware setup.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
