Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, maintenance, and security of hardware, software, and networks. Key responsibilities include managing IT systems and processes, implementing cutting-edge technological solutions, enhancing IT performance, ensuring data security, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with company objectives. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, vendor management, and leading a team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional support and services.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Proficiency in IT system management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, and implementation of technological solutions
- Familiarity with data security protocols, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV/IP cameras (Analog & Digital, IP camera) and surveillance systems.
- Operating System (Windows/Linux) installation and configuration across desktops and laptops.
- Server setup and maintenance, including file servers, domain controllers, and backup management.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and support ERP systems (basic configuration, user creation, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Outlook configuration including IMAP, POP3, and Exchange protocols.
- Support and administration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console, etc.).
- Maintain asset inventory, licenses, and documentation for IT systems.
- Ensure security practices are followed on all systems (antivirus, patch updates, backups).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
