Role Overview
As a
Business Development Associate
, you'll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You'll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand student goals and recommend the right service package
- Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to empathize with students and build trust
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)
