Role & responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and motivated freshers to join our team as Recruitment Interns. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and learn the fundamentals of hiring in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives and job fair activities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

  • B. Com / MBA graduate pass-out)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
  • Must own a personal laptop
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Willing learn and Self-starter
  • Fresh graduates (male and Female candidates)
  • Eager to start a career in HR or recruitment
  • Available to join immediately or within short notice
