We're now looking for a
Facebook Ads Specialist
to join our in-house team and take ownership of campaigns in the coaching & webinar niche.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, and manage
    Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
    focused on
    coaching offers and webinar funnels
    .
  • Conduct
    audience research
    and build targeted ad sets using custom and lookalike audiences.
  • Implement
    Pixel & Conversion API tracking
    , custom events, and funnel attribution.
  • Run
    creative testing
    (videos, images, copy angles) to reduce CPL and improve CTR.
  • Optimize campaigns for
    registrations, show-up rates, and sales conversions
    .
  • Work closely with funnel & copywriting teams to ensure ads align with
    landing pages, webinar scripts, and offers
    .
  • Monitor daily spend and deliver
    clear reports on CPL, ROAS, and key funnel metrics
    .
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in
    Facebook/Meta Ads
    (agency or coaching niche preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    lead generation campaigns
    and
    webinar funnels
    .
  • Experience with
    Pixel setup, CAPI, custom conversions, and tracking tools
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    ABO, CBO, Advantage+ campaigns, and scaling strategies
    .
  • Analytical mindset with ability to
    interpret data & optimize accordingly
    .
  • Basic familiarity with tools like
    Google Sheets, Tag Manager, or Pabbly/Make
    (bonus).
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
