Core Responsibilities

Sales Process Management

  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling, while enhancing client relationships.
  • Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channels to ensure repeat business or referrals.
  • Maximize sales through a network of DSAs by effectively managing connector and builder relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.
  • Increase penetration in approved APF projects by maximizing the number of APFs.
  • Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.
  • Ensure files are processed from login to disbursement by liaising with internal departments (Operations and Credit).

Sales Planning and Team Management

  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets.
  • Align with the team on ground-level lead generation activities.
  • Lead and supervise relationship managers to implement growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment.

Industry & Governance

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Use market, competition, and product insights to provide feedback to the central product and policy team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and internal processes, policies, and reporting systems.

Preferred Candidate

A strong candidate should have 46 years of proven experience in home loan sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. They should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field, and possess strong market awareness, operational efficiency, and compliance knowledge.
