Job Purpose:
As a Sales Manager with expertise in leading teams, appointing distribution networks, and driving revenue growth. Skilled in building client relationships, market analysis, and aligning sales strategies with organizational goals to maximize profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and deliver high performance
● Appoint and manage distribution networks for wider market coverage.
● Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service.
● Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
● Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
● Drive profitability while aligning sales operations with company objectives.
Qualification:
● MBA (Marketing) with same industries
Required Skills:
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to analyse data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions.
● Knowledge of distribution management and channel development.
● Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
● Flexible and open to travel pan India.
