Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process with focus on bulk hiring across industries.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for candidates as per client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and smooth coordination.
  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline for recurring and future hiring.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment trackers and reports for internal and client updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
