As a Relationship Manager for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV)-Rural Auto-RA-Retail Sales department. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. You will be a key player in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the bank's commercial vehicle business.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain a strong network of customers in the SCV segment, focusing on rural areas.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and build brand awareness.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team for product development and strategy.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Knowledge of the rural market and its dynamics is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
