Job Opening: Electrical & Safety Engineer.We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design, operation, maintenance, and safety of all electrical systems within our facility. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations while driving operational excellence.

Location: Neemrana.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Installation

  • Design electrical systems for warehouse operations (lighting, power distribution, control systems).
  • Supervise installations ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

2. Testing & Commissioning

  • Conduct system testing and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

3. Safety Inspections & Audits

  • Perform regular inspections and audits.
  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

4. Compliance & Regulations

  • Ensure adherence to local and national regulations, including CEA Safety Regulations, 2023.
  • Stay updated on environmental and safety standards.

5. Energy Management

  • Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency initiatives.

6. Risk Assessment

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

7. Incident Investigation

  • Investigate electrical incidents and prepare detailed reports.

8. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of designs, maintenance, inspections, and compliance.

9. Emergency Response

  • Develop emergency plans and coordinate mock drills.

10. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve issues promptly.

11. Continuous Improvement

  • Promote safe work practices and monitor safety standards across branches.

12. Training & Development

  • Train junior staff and organize EHS awareness programs and toolbox talks.

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years in electrical operations and safety
  • OR Diploma with 10+ years in similar roles
  • Please note: Minimum 1 year of hands-on electrical experience is mandatory.
  • Requirements : ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead auditor or internal auditor.
