Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure quality control.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans and schedules.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, challenges, and solutions.Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on construction sites.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B. Tech).3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
