SRIE DECORS is a complete interior solutions company providing end-to-end services from design to execution. We specialize in delivering modern, customized, and high-quality interiors for residential and commercial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, social media, and field visits.

Attend client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Conduct client meetings, explain design and execution processes, and present quotations.

Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, and purchase teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and closures.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility.

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and offline sales strategies.

Ensure 50% booking payment is collected before project initiation.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (interiors or real estate preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Ability to build good client relationships.

Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp/Email marketing, and basic CRM.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (on each booking)
