Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the design team to offer tailored solutions to clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for networking and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including developing sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Client Relationship Management, including networking and client communication
  • Strong understanding of interior design trends and market research
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and sales tracking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the design team
  • Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
