Global Resiliency Manager

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Global IT Resiliency Leader to join our team. The Global IT Resiliency Leader is responsible for the creation and testing of robust and reliable resiliency programs including but not limited to IT disaster recovery, IT business continuity, and IT Major Incident. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive IT resiliency strategies and frameworks.The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in IT resiliency, with demonstrated success in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise level risk mitigation.

What You'll Do:

• Create and enforce comprehensive IT resiliency framework, policies, and technology to safeguard the company's IT systems.
• Manage IT resiliency across multiple regions with different regulations, infrastructure, and risks.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, work closely with legal and compliance teams, and implement processes to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

Disaster Recovery:

• Design, evaluate, and maintain IT disaster recovery plans to ensure quick recovery in case of IT disruptions.

Business Continuity:

• Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless business operations during IT incidents.
• Develop detailed response plans, conduct regular drills, and establish a clear chain of command to ensure swift and effective responses.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

• Contribute and participate in IT Service Management maturity including but not limited to: Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Major Incident, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management.

Risk Monitoring:

• Continuously assess and mitigate risks to IT systems, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement solutions.
• Continuous Improvement, Audit and Review:
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of resiliency processes to ensure they are effective and up to date.
• Identify, measure, and report on maturity against KPIs.

Technology Updates:

• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance resiliency measures.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors related to IT resiliency.
• Conduct regular reviews, review metrics, and performance expectations to ensure compliance with standards.

Reporting:

• Prepare reports on resiliency metrics such as RTO, RPO, MTTR, system uptime, audit readiness, and service availability, highlighting trends and areas for continuous improvement.

Leadership:

• Create and maintain roadmaps and budget.
• Prioritize critical resiliency initiatives and manage plans for technology and resources required to maximize efficiency.
• Socialize and gain alignment on resiliency program approach, outcomes, and measures.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the IT team on best practices for resiliency.
• Ability to lead cross-cultural teams and build consensus across geographically distributed stakeholders.

What We Seek:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• ITIL foundation certification

Experience:

• Proven history of managing global IT resiliency programs.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly around Configuration Management and Maor Incident Management.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, databases, applications, cloud environments, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity using and administering resiliency enabling technology (alerting, reporting and visualization, DR and BCP, monitoring, etc.).
• Understanding of how IT resiliency integrates with manufacturing systems and operational technology (OT) environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT resiliency, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CBCI, CRMP, etc.)
