
Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing solution proposals, and ensuring client requirements are well understood and addressed. This role involves working closely with customers, sales managers, and technical teams to deliver solutions in CCTV/Camera Systems, IT infrastructure, ITS and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications for CCTV, networking, and IT solutions.
- Solution Designing: Propose the right products, solutions, and architectures based on client needs and company offerings.
- Technical Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Proposal & Documentation: Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), RFP responses, compliance sheets, and solution documents.
- Client Engagement: Support in client meetings, explain solutions, and address technical queries.
- Vendor Coordination: Interact with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing, product updates, and solution validation.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest technologies in CCTV, access control, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Techno-Commercial roles in CCTV, ITS,Surveillance, or IT solutions.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, networking (LAN/WAN), and IT hardware/software solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); AutoCAD/Visio knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
