Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic
BBA graduate
to join us as a
Business Operations & Sales Intern
. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire business cycle—covering
sales, client management, operations, and basic accounting
. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client interactions, supporting daily operations, and assisting with financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify prospects and pitch software products and services.
- Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Tele calling will be important part of the sales process and calling prospects
Client Management
- Act as the first point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure timely updates, documentation, and reporting for clients.
- Requirement gathering and assisting the team in getting the requirements finalized.
Operations Support
- Assist in daily operations of the software development company.
- Coordinate tasks across teams for project progress and deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency.
Accounting & Finance
- Support in day-to-day accounting activities.
( knowledge of accounting is Imp ) - Assist in billing, invoicing, and maintaining payment records.
- Work closely with the finance team
Desired Candidate Profile
- BBA / MBA Graduate (Freshers welcome
). - Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in
sales, client management, and business operations
. - Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn end-to-end business flow.
