Job DescriptionThis role will work closely with COO towards efficiently planning and coordinating various Strategic initiatives in Quality, Manufacturing, Production, NPD & Supply chain. Taking a leading role in shaping and translating long-term company strategies into executable projects and/ or products. Role will also involve managing and communicating strategic project roadmaps including budget and resource planning with relevant stakeholders while multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment along with building trust through shared understanding.

Ideal ExperienceBE/ BTech - from Tier 1 institute or MBA/Postgraduate in management (Specialized in Quality/ Production & Engineering/ Industrial Manufacturing) from Premium institute with at least 6-10 years' experience working in Automotive/ EV industry/ Battery Industry with best working experience in project Management. Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandling Chief Operating officer communications & presentations – Internal Departments, investor, client presentations, etc. Collaborate with CXO, Leadership team and other key stakeholders.

Develop and communicate strategic road maps, corporate strategies, and business strategies. Consolidate and produce business plans and review with other business heads. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

Constantly manage communication flows and feedback (internal and external). Ensure all functional departments are aligned with management strategy. To collect data from various teams and collate it in an organized way to facilitate decision making by top management.

Communicate on behalf of the COO with various stakeholders within /outside the organization. Act as a sounding board to the top management and provide insightful feedback to the COO based on own analysis and discussions with the rest of the senior management. Undertake various strategic projects from time to time to effect the organizational changes desired by the COO.Lead, steer and facilitate the meeting with top management, understand the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation upon the different teams' priorities, company strategy and vision.

Ensure management meetings are organized & conducted effectively. Responsible for documenting minutes of the meeting & holding stakeholders accountable on commitments. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think and act proactively and prioritize work.
