We're looking for a SEO/GEO Specialist who can drive our online visibility and help our products reach the right audience through smart, data-driven optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop, execute, and monitor on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to improve ranking and traffic.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across web assets.

GEO & Local SEO Optimization:

  • Manage and enhance Google Business Profiles, maps listings, and other local directory presences.
  • Implement GEO-targeted strategies to boost regional search visibility.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) details across all online platforms.
  • Track and report performance in specific local or regional markets.

Performance & Analytics:

  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify trends, technical issues, and new opportunities for ranking improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
  • Experiment with new strategies, including voice search and AI-driven content optimization.
  • Recommend improvements to site UX, loading speed, and architecture for better SEO performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO and GEO optimization (agency or product-based experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms and local search factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience handling multi-location or international GEO campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools or automation platforms.
  • Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile products.
