We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with exceptional project management expertise to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software products and systems in alignment with business objectives.

This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical teams, product stakeholders, and business leaders, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and continuous delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale software development, cloud migration, DevOps initiatives, or digital transformation projects.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; manage sprints, backlogs, and release schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, DevOps, UX/UI designers, security, and business analysts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates, risks, issues, and escalations to senior leadership.
  • Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project), and continuous improvement processes.
  • Monitor project health using KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, defect rates, and sprint burndown; report on progress and forecast risks proactively.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and external partners when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
