Brief about the Role:

The Technical Project Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects or programmes of work. This role is crucial for ensuring that all projects meet their defined scope, budget, and quality requirements. By providing guidance and support to team members, the Technical Project Manager helps foster a collaborative environment that drives project success and aligns with the organisations strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • T monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • To prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • To ensure compliance with organisational policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To respond to the clients and stakeholders on the project risks or escalations and ensure to resolve the issues within in the given TAT.
  • To assist or support the Delivery Head in preparing SOW, Project Budgets, Resource allocation and optimum utilization of resources assigned.
  • To assist and extend the support to Pre-Sales team and Sales team in giving Technical Demonstration or POCs to clients.
  • To be available to both the internal and external stakeholders on need basis and travel to client locations on demand basis.
  • To provide coaching and support to team members to promote professional development and effective teamwork.
  • To facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT space with 6 years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is preferred.
