We are seeking a
PMP-certified Technical Project Manager
with hands-on expertise in the
MERN/MEAN stack
and strong technical leadership skills. You will oversee the
end-to-end delivery
of enterprise projects and product development, driving innovation, technical excellence, and seamless execution across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle project delivery — from initiation and planning to execution, governance, and closure.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in
    MERN/MEAN, Python, DevOps, and open-source frameworks.
  • Define architecture, development standards, and coding best practices to maintain solution quality.
  • Oversee Agile delivery using
    JIRA and Scrum
    , ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Engage with clients for requirement definition, progress tracking, and change management.
  • Evaluate tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance project outcomes.
  • Mitigate project risks, manage budgets, and monitor milestones to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Mentor technical leads and nurture a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • PMP Certification – Mandatory.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing complex IT projects with technical delivery ownership.
  • Proven expertise in
    MERN/MEAN stack
    , with working knowledge of
    Python and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, software architecture, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in
    global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
    and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
