*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Project Management:*
  • Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients

  • *Technical Expertise:*

AI knowledge based on the recent market trends.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, and Data Science & Analytics, alongside DevOps.

Emerging areas like Prompt Engineering and skills in leveraging Generative AI

Knowledge of Python, Java, for client project management.

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and teams
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, recommending suitable solutions

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices

  • *Client Management:*

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Communicate technical solutions and project progress effectively

  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve conflicts

  • *Market Research:*

  • Conduct market research to identify current technological trends and advancements
  • Analyze market data to inform business decisions and project strategies
  • *Leadership and Mentorship:*
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill growth
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

*Requirements:*

  • *Education:*

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • *Experience:*

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical project management and subject matter expertise

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations

  • *Skills:*

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in relevant areas (e.g., software development, IT, data analytics)
  • Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Market research and analysis skills
