Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Admin will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The role includes handling correspondence, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills: Office management, managing schedules, record-keeping, handling correspondence
  • Organizational skills: Coordinating with departments, organizing meetings, maintaining administrative workflows
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
