Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Admin & Access Support based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Technical Admin & Access Support will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, providing communication support, assisting with accounting and invoicing, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The role requires efficient handling of administrative duties and supporting the technical needs of the team.

Team: Strategy & Operations Business Intelligence – Legal & Compliance

Overview:

We're seeking a versatile technically minded resource to support SaaS platforms, reporting, access management, and data visualization across Legal and Compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage permissions and access across SaaS platforms, ensuring secure and compliant usage.

·       Provide technical support and resolve user issues related to reporting and platform functionality.

·       Develop SharePoint sites and maintain documentation and training materials.

·       Build and optimize workflows to support operational needs.

·       Assist with evolving support needs across legal functions (Privacy, Contracting, etc.)

·       Contribute to analytics and visualization efforts, including data preparation and reporting.

Required Skills:

·       Experience with SaaS administration, SharePoint development, and user support.

·       Familiarity with automation tools and data visualization platforms.

·       Strong documentation and training delivery skills.

·       Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

·       
Knowledge of KNIME or PowerApps is a plus but not required.
