Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Andhra-style dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
- Develop and maintain the menu, including popular Andhra items such as biryanis, curries, pickles, and snacks.
- Ensure dishes are prepared with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Source and manage ingredients required for Andhra cuisine, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Andhra cooking techniques.
- Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during peak hours.
- Stay updated with regional food trends and customer preferences.
- Proven work experience as an Andhra Chef / South Indian Chef in a restaurant or catering setup.
- Strong knowledge of Andhra cooking styles, spices, and traditional recipes.
- Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Andhra dishes.
- Good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
