Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Andhra-style dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
  • Develop and maintain the menu, including popular Andhra items such as biryanis, curries, pickles, and snacks.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Source and manage ingredients required for Andhra cuisine, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Andhra cooking techniques.
  • Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during peak hours.
  • Stay updated with regional food trends and customer preferences.
  • Proven work experience as an Andhra Chef / South Indian Chef in a restaurant or catering setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Andhra cooking styles, spices, and traditional recipes.
  • Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Andhra dishes.
  • Good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
