Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will provide excellent customer service, offer training on services and solutions, and contribute to sales management strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and a record of successful sales, with knowledge of identifying new opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Capability to provide training and support for clients, facilitating understanding and usage of services offered.
  • Experience in sales management, including planning and executing sales strategies and meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with the music distribution or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
