  • Briefing the guards/drivers, deploy them on duty.
  • Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
  • Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.
  • Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
  • Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
  • Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
  • Apprehending trespassers and perpetrators.
  • Maintaining activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
  • Training the staff on fire & Safety and their duties, and ensure that SOPs are followed.
  • Taking rounds of the property.
  • Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
  • Respond to accidents and assist visitors / employees during emergency situations.
  • Responsible for the Security of building, guest & staff, parking of vehicles and vendors.
  • Train and supervise the Security Guards Team.
  • Coordinate with the deputed Security Agency, Valet Agency, Decorators & Other Vendors
  • Ensure standards and procedures are followed.
  • Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Good leadership.
  • Candidate preferably from Hotel/Service Industry.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Committed and reliable
  • Proven Experience in Security / Administration / Corporate / Hospitality Security
