We are recruiting for 'Senior' position in the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Team. In this team, As a Senior, you will deliver a range of process, project, and advisory activities across the Personal E&I service catalogue.

You'll ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant execution while providing an excellent colleague experience.

You'll also support data management, breach remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor within the team.

Service Delivery



•Execute Personal E&I activities (e.g., clearances, onboarding checks, queries) accurately and within agreed SLAs.

•Provide expert guidance on routine queries, escalating complex cases to the Team Lead.

•Maintain accurate and complete records across relevant systems; support risk metric data collection.

•Identify and escalate potential breaches or data quality issues, ensuring proper documentation.

Process Improvement & Projects



•Contribute to root-cause analysis and lessons learned exercises.

•Recommend and support implementation of improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

•Assist in delivering key projects, such as the annual confirmation exception clearance.

Stakeholder Engagement



•Collaborate with Team Leads and Managers to support reporting and project tracking.

•Work cross-functionally with Corporate Service teams (e.g., Onboarding) and Risk CoEs to deliver service catalogue activities.

Communicate professionally and clearly with colleagues and Partners at all levels.

People Development



•Mentor junior team members and peers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.

•Support onboarding and upskilling of new joiners.

•Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Knowledge & Expertise



•Demonstrate deep understanding of Personal E&I processes and firm policies.

•Maintain awareness of broader ROG operations and regulatory context.

•Apply sound judgement and policy knowledge to resolve queries and support compliance.

Other expectations



•Follow regular updates on work pipeline, discussions, MIS with stakeholders & within the entire team

•Ability to comprehend & articulate risk basis independence checks for senior level positions, mid-level positions and overall staff in the firm

•High level of professionalism and ability to challenge effectively on anomalies and points identified as non-compliant with policies

•Play active role in stabilizing the process for the member firm by doing a deep dive into procedures, process, and workflow to help improve process for the member firm
