We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
