Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support professional located in Bengaluru. The Tech Support role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support to users. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and solving problems, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NoBrokerHood's systems and services.

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Experience with community management systems is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is advantageous
