Role:
Sales Support Executive

Experience:
1 – 3 years

Qualification:
Any Bachelor's Degree (Pass)

Languages:
English & Kannada required; other South Indian languages & Hindi are a plus

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (except public holidays)

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Joining:
Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update CRM system
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales coordination
  • Generate and qualify sales leads
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, sales orders & invoices
  • Maintain and manage customer accounts
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely order delivery

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
  • Good communication skills in English & Kannada
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
