Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of proven experience to lead and execute a 360-degree digital marketing strategy for Alkemy Edtech. You will oversee all digital marketing functions, from campaign creation to funnel optimization, while managing a team of digital marketers, content marketers, video editors, and graphic designers. Working a six-day week, you will leverage AI tools and thrive in a dynamic environment to deliver high-impact campaigns and cohesive creative outputs, maximizing lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive leads and enrollments for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Develop and manage targeted email campaigns (e.g., drip campaigns, newsletters) using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture leads and boost engagement.
  • Build and refine end-to-end marketing funnels (awareness to conversion), incorporating strategies like freemium models to drive paid enrollments.
  • Oversee all facets of 360-degree digital marketing, including:
  • SEO: Enhance organic rankings and traffic through on-page and off-page optimization.
  • SEM: Manage paid search campaigns for cost-effective lead acquisition.
  • Social Media: Develop strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, webinars) to support campaigns and funnels.
  • Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Jasper for content, ChatGPT for personalization, AI-driven analytics) for campaign targeting, content creation, and automation, with expertise in prompt engineering.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 digital marketers, content marketers, video editors, and graphic designers, setting goals, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality deliverables:
  • Guide digital marketers in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Direct content marketers to align content with brand and campaign goals.
  • Supervise video editors to produce engaging videos for ads, webinars, and social media.
  • Oversee graphic designers to create visually compelling designs for campaigns and collateral.
  • Adapt strategies rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment, responding to market trends and audience behaviors.
  • Collaborate with sales and tech teams to align marketing efforts with lead qualification and product offerings.
  • Provide data-driven performance reports to senior management, offering insights to refine strategies and scale impact.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of success (EdTech or e-learning preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing successful digital campaigns, email campaigns, and marketing funnels, with measurable results (e.g., increased leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Comprehensive mastery of 360-degree digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Proven experience managing diverse creative teams (digital marketers, content marketers, video editors, graphic designers), with a track record of delivering cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI tools for marketing (e.g., AI content generators, predictive analytics, chatbots), including prompt engineering for optimized results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and priorities.
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and digital marketing certifications from Google, Meta, etc.
    • Willingness to commit to a six-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
