Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will design and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, promote property listings, and build a strong digital presence for our real estate brand. You should have a solid understanding of real estate marketing trends, digital platforms, and local SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties
  • Create and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive lead generation
  • Optimize company website and property landing pages for SEO and user experience
  • Manage listings on real estate portals (e.g., Zillow, , Magicbricks, 99acres)
  • Write and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for buyer/seller engagement and newsletters
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM dashboards
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
  • Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and real estate listing tools
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
