Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential Fintech, NBFC, and Bank partners for co-lending and strategic alliances.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals ensuring mutual business growth.
  • Drive end-to-end co-lending arrangements, from initial discussions to execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
  • Collaborate with risk, credit, legal, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase disbursements and optimize cost of capital through partnerships.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations activities, as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sector.
  • Proven track record in partnership management, co-lending, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong understanding of co-lending frameworks, digital lending models, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech/NBFC environment.
