Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile practices within our teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling collaboration across teams, and driving performance through metrics and dashboards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Release Planning:

Plan and oversee the release planning process to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Alignment for PI Planning:

Align the teams cadence during Program Increment (PI) Planning to ensure synchronized delivery with other teams.

Scrum of Scrums Management:

Lead Scrum of Scrums meetings to address cross-team dependencies, identify blockers, and ensure continuous progress.

PI Goal Alignment:

Guide teams to achieve the defined Program Increment (PI) goals effectively and efficiently.

Performance Reporting:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like velocity, worklog accuracy, and delivery quality.

Generate performance and efficiency reports using BI dashboards to monitor team progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Graduate in Engineering or Science with a strong academic track record.

Certifications:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Mandatory

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – Preferred

Agile Coach Certification – Preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role managing agile teams and ceremonies.

Key Competencies:

Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Skilled in data visualization and reporting using BI tools.

Deep understanding of Agile principles, PI Planning, and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
