Odoo Project Manager
, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations — on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You'll bridge the gap between clients and developers, ensuring that every project drives real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Odoo ERP projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure quality implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any risks or issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams for status updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deployment.
  • Manage change requests and maintain documentation for all project stages.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in IT (Odoo ERP experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Odoo certification will be a plus.
