Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, passionate about ERP solutions and business process optimization. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP modules for diverse clients, driving digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Solid hands-on experience in Odoo, including configuring, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP modules (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation, covering installation, configuration, and end-user training for business clients.
  • Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Proficient in process mapping and translating business needs into functional Odoo workflows while optimizing process efficiency.
  • Skilled in business analysis, reviewing existing operations, and recommending impactful improvements using Odoo ERP functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, delivering presentations, gathering feedback, and providing ongoing project support.
  • Experience in preparing user documentation, training materials, and conducting system demos to facilitate smooth ERP adoption.
  • Eagerness to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, taking proactive ownership of assigned modules and project deliverables.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset, quickly resolving user and system issues to maintain uninterrupted client business operations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Odoo versions, features, and ERP trends to add value to client projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules tailored to specific client business needs, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather, document, and validate functional requirements, delivering clear project deliverables.
  • Map existing business processes and translate them into Odoo workflows, recommending enhancements for operational improvement.
  • Provide functional support and training to end users, fostering user adoption and maximizing satisfaction with the Odoo system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Odoo and third-party applications.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training guides.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze data, and troubleshoot functional issues to ensure optimal platform operation.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, progress updates, and status reporting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to post-implementation support, resolving client queries and implementing system enhancements as needed.
  • Continuously update personal and team knowledge of Odoo ERP features and best practices to deliver superior client outcomes.
